Only each individual can make his choice to seek truth instead of wallowing in beautiful lies.

Remember and have faith in the wind that bends dandelion stems on overgrown highway dividers, then, on to part wheat fields like a proud mother does her baby’s hair. Out under the sun everything makes sense, even hunger and thirst and skeletal animals along mountain trails. That relationship won’t ever fail you. You have magnets in your chest. Open your heart, calm your mind and time will do the rest

A Walk
My eyes already touch the sunny hill.
going far ahead of the road I have begun.
So we are grasped by what we cannot grasp;
it has inner light, even from a distance-and charges us, even if we do not reach it,
into something else, which, hardly sensing it,
we already are; a gesture waves us on
answering our own wave…
but what we feel is the wind in our faces.
-Rainer Maria Rilke
What was said to the rose that made it open
was said to me here in my chest.

Lorenzo duran leaf art
Spanish artist lorenzo duran uses leaves as the canvas for his cutaway art. after washing and drying the leaf,
he carefully cuts away segments in a technique akin to those of traditional spanish picado, chinese jianzhi,
german scherenschnitte, or swiss papercutting.
this is really damn impressive, LOOK AT THEM!!!
